By engaging our services or using this website, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Precious Castle provides consulting and project management services including but not limited to:
- Project scope definition
- Budget planning and control
- Schedule and timeline development
- Resource allocation
- Risk mitigation
- Stakeholder communication
The exact scope of services will be defined in individual agreements or consultation arrangements.
A binding contract is established when:
- A written agreement is signed, or
- A service proposal is formally accepted, or
- A consultation booking is confirmed.
Service fees are agreed individually and must be paid according to the agreed terms.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Payments are due within 14 days of invoice issuance.
- Late payments may incur statutory interest in accordance with German law.
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate in a timely manner
- Inform Precious Castle of relevant changes
- Provide necessary documentation for project execution
Failure to cooperate may impact timelines and deliverables.
Precious Castle shall be liable for damages only in cases of:
- Intentional misconduct
- Gross negligence
- Violation of essential contractual obligations
Liability for indirect damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Clients may use delivered materials solely for agreed purposes.
Termination must be made in writing.
